Hermes TCR210
GSM remote unit
The Hermes TCR210 is a GSM/GPRS-based remote control and telemetry system that simplifies and efficiently monitors remote stations. It features 8 digital inputs, 4 outputs, and a MODBUS RTU interface over RS485, making it ideal for electrical power monitoring applications in conjunction with a network analyzer. Powered by 230VAC, it includes an internal battery that allows it to operate for several hours without external power, enabling it to report power outage alarms. It offers three clearly defined functionalities:
Alarm Transmission
The advanced alarm detection logic, based on threshold, out-of-range time, logical combinations, etc., triggers the transmission of alarms via SMS, voice call, or PUSH notification to configured phones.
Data logger
Memory for more than 150,000 recording points and the flexibility to generate time or event-based logs of input values āāfor transmission to the monitoring platform.
Automation
Programmable system using a programming language accessible to anyone and with the necessary power for the most common applications such as pump management, lighting systems, etc.

ACCESSORIES

ANTENNAS
Antennas with different gains and extension cables

F100-U PROBE
Smart capacitive probe for relable detection of presence of discharges in spillways
APPLICATIONS

ENERGY MONITORING
The TCR210 integrates with network analyzers via MODBUS RTU / RS485, allowing real-time recording of parameters from any electrical panel: active power, reactive power, current, voltage, power factor, number of switches on, accumulated consumption, etc., and the transmission of these to the web platform.
Advantages:
Alert about anomalies and failures in real time.
Identify potential savings and problem areas.
Check for deviations and discover their origin.
Test the effectivennes of measures in energy saving..
Remote machine reset.

REMOTE MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC LIGHTING
Manual and automatic control of lighting by programmer with preset schedule, switch with astronomical clock and presence detection sensors.

SUPERVISION OF UNATTENTED FACILITIES
Real-time visualization and recording of alarms and sensors from remote installations.

CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM
Constant monitoring of air quality parameters: temperature, humidity, pressure, CO2, etc., and of heat and cooling generating equipment.

AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY
Recording of probes and manual and automatic control of ignition of heaters, air extractors and groups of lights.
AUTOMATION through MICRO PLC II

MicroPLC-II, Microcom’s new automation programming language, offers ease of use and efficiency unmatched in its sector. A simplified syntax and a set of logic modules that solve the most common problems are the keys to this ease of use. The language’s mathematical-logical engine supports a complete set of arithmetic, trigonometric and logical operators, thus providing great computing power. Its most notable features are:
Pump control module
Logic module for controlling up to 6 pumps, managing alternation, hour counter, start counter, maximum continuous operation time and pump inhibition inputs.
Inter-station communication module
Redundant system for the exchange of variables between stations. In case the main channel via GPRS/TCP-IP fails, a secondary channel is established via SMS.
Twilight Clock
Calculation of sunrise and sunset times based on the configured geographic coordinates.
Programmable timers
Five timer types natively supported by the language: on, off, accumulator, pulse, and weekly.
APPLICATION LIBRARY

Pump-Tank Automation
Pump-tank communication via GPRS/TCP-IP with SMS redundancy. Pump alternation, start/stop thresholds according to hourly rates and control of pump failure and inhibition signals.

Pumping of waste water
Pump alternation management, start/stop thresholds based on hourly rates and control of fault signals, pump inhibition and low/high level float.

Street lighting
Lighting of luminaires according to astronomical clock with configurable offset for working and non-working days.
Ease of use and the use of the latest web technologies to offer an intuitive interface that is as secure as any online banking service are the most outstanding features of ZEUS, the online SCADA that Microcom makes available to its clients free of charge.
A simple web browser is all you need to access the service and start managing your facilities from anywhere. When you are out of the office, the ZEUSmobile mobile application available for iOS and Android facilitates, in addition to optimized access for phones and tablets, the reception of alarms using PUSH technology, making SMS obsolete in most cases.
ZEUS is not limited to visualization, it also allows the reconfiguration of remote stations without having to travel, the sending of orders or the management of users and stations. Integration into other platforms is guaranteed through the most common standards currently such as OPC UA and REST API.
